  • On 10/01/2013, the ‘Brepolis Latin - Cross Database Searchtool’ (CDS) has been updated
    The CDS now enables the user to simultaneously search more than 114 million words from all Brepolis Latin databases (Library of Latin Texts Series A and B, the Monumenta Germaniae Historica, the Archive of Celtic-Latin Literature and the Aristoteles Latinus Database).

  • On 31/12/2012, the 'Library of Latin Texts – Series B' has been updated
    This update includes 27 new works among which texts of the scholastic philosophers Alexander of Hales and Albertus Magnus and the Spanish authors Juan Ginés de Sepúlveda and Bartolomé de Las Casas. As of this update, the LLT-B contains the 'Opus Epistolarum Desiderii Erasmi Roterodami' in its entirety. The present version thus contains a total of more than 18.7 million word-forms within 627 works.

  • Monumenta Germaniae Historica has been updated
    On 26/12/2012, the ‘Monumenta Germaniae Historica’ has been updated. This update includes 370 new works, selected from the Scriptores, Diplomata and Constitutiones series. The present version of the MGH now contains more than 2600 works and over 20 million words.

  • Library of Latin Texts – Series A has been updated
    On 23/12/2012, the 'Library of Latin Texts – Series A' has been updated. This autumn update includes 74 new works, among which the Columbus poem of the Jesuit Umberto Carrara, 23 works of Thomas Aquinas, and 9 Latin translations of Maximus the Confessor (essentially by Anastasius Bibliothecarius and John Scot Eriugena). The present version of the LLT-A thus allows a total of more than 70 million forms to be searched within 3468 works. The Library of Latin Texts Complete (Series A and Series B) now consists of more than 4040 works.
