  • The Sources Chrétiennes Online (SCO) database was updated
    The Sources Chrétiennes Online (SCO) database was updated. It now provides source texts and French translations from 400 of the 600+ printed volumes. Notable additions include John Chrysostom’s treatise On Virginity, Saint Ambrose’s treatises On the Sacraments and On the Mysteries, and many more. By 2025, the SCO database will cover all volumes by then published in print in the long-running Sources Chrétiennes edition project.

  • On 31/12/2021, the Library of Latin Texts has been updated
    On 31/12/2021, the Library of Latin Texts (which now brings together the former LLT-A and LLT-B) has been updated with works by Denis the Carthusian, Martin Luther, and René Descartes, with Origen in Jerome’s translation, John of Damascus in Robert Grosseteste’s translation, works relating to the Devotio Moderna, and Harry Schnur’s Neo-Latin Menippean satire about the construction of the Berlin Wall, among many others. Texts from improved editions replace older ones for Augustine’s sermons, Caesarius of Arles, and Rupert of Deutz (together more than 107,000 words). At present, the LLT contains a total of more than 147,8 million words spread over 11,415 works and diplomatic charters.
