  • The Sources Chrétiennes Online (SCO) database was updated
    The Sources Chrétiennes Online (SCO) database was updated. It now provides source texts and French translations from 596 of about 645 printed volumes. The latest update includes, among others, additions to Jerome’s Against Jovinian, Gregory the Great’s Letters, and Gregory of Nyssa’s Homilies on the Canticle. By 2025, the SCO database will cover all volumes by then published in print in the long-running Sources Chrétiennes edition project.

  • On 08/07/2024, the Library of Latin Texts has been updated
    At present, the LLT contains 12,070 works, totalling over 161 million words. For Late Antiquity, the update includes a series of pseudo-Augustinian sermons and of early commentaries on the Apostle’s Creed. Medieval additions include the (now fully completed) Opera omnia of Denis the Carthusian, as well as a number of works in the monastic (Adam of Dryburgh, Humbert of Romans...) and scholastic (Radulphus Brito...) domains. Jakob Balde’s Sylvae lyricae and Molanus’ History of Louvain complete the set of updates for the Neolatin area.
